This policy describes how All Pro Heating & Air LLC handles information connected with this website and our services.

When you request service, we collect the information you submit, including your first and last name, email address, required phone number, service address, ZIP code, requested service, preferred contact method, selected Rufus Club plan when provided, and request details. A phone number is required so we can call about your request; SMS consent remains separate, optional, and unchecked. We also keep communications and consent choices associated with your request. Please do not enter payment-card details or other sensitive information in the service-request message.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange and provide services, maintain customer records, and communicate about your request. We may also use contact information for promotional emails and texts where permitted and with any required consent. Submitting a service request is not consent to promotional text messages.
Customer-service SMS consent
When you select the optional SMS checkbox on our service request form, your choice is recorded with your request. You agree to receive texts from All Pro Heating & Air about inquiries, appointments, estimates, service requests, and service updates at the mobile number you provide. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. This checkbox does not authorize promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to opt out of the SMS program or HELP for assistance. You can also use our contact form or call (904) 410-4800. You may request service by phone or through our contact form without agreeing to texts. See our Terms & Conditions for program details.
This website records your SMS consent choice but does not itself send text messages. Customer-service text communications are handled separately through our messaging provider.
Promotional messages and your choices
You can ask us to stop promotional emails or texts through our contact form or by calling (904) 410-4800. Tell us which email address or phone number and which type of messages your request concerns. Use the unsubscribe option in a promotional email, or contact us directly, to stop future promotional emails. For promotional texts, you may reply STOP or otherwise tell us you want messages to stop. Marketing consent is not required to purchase services. Message and data rates may apply.
We honor opt-out requests under applicable requirements. An email marketing opt-out does not prevent necessary non-promotional communications about services you requested. We will respect requests to stop texts and use an appropriate alternative for service communications.
No sale or third-party marketing
We do not sell customer information or provide it to other businesses for their own advertising or marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may assist with support services. SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to support our messaging services; they may not use it for their own marketing.
Operating the website and providing services may require processing by service providers, such as Vercel for website hosting, Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Apps Script, and email) for service-request records and notifications, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, FieldEdge for service management and marketing communications, and UniFi Talk for customer-service text communications. Website requests are stored in a private Google Sheet managed by All Pro, with email notifications to our team. Relevant information may be entered into FieldEdge by our team; the website does not automatically synchronize with FieldEdge. This is different from selling information or sharing it for another business’s marketing. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
Website technology and financing
This website is hosted by Vercel and includes third-party features such as Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection and embedded GoodLeap financing. These providers may process technical information such as browser or device details, IP addresses, and access logs, and use cookies or similar technology. Your browser settings can limit cookies, although some features may not work as expected.
The financing form is provided by GoodLeap. Information you enter into that form is handled under GoodLeap’s disclosures and privacy terms. Review those terms before entering information. All Pro does not make lending decisions.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain required business records, and document communication preferences and consent. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations. No website, email, or text message can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us by phone to arrange an appropriate way to provide sensitive information.
