All Pro Heating & Air provides HVAC service, system checkups, replacement, and installation throughout Northeast Florida. Our mission is simple: We help our neighbors live in comfort, while reflecting Jesus, our Comforter.
Our Story
All Pro Heating & Air LLC was founded in 2012 by Shane Adair after more than a decade in the construction industry. Having grown up in Clay County and chosen to raise his family here, Shane wanted to build a business rooted in the community he calls home. With knowledge, experience, and support from family, All Pro began serving Northeast Florida with a personal approach to heating and air conditioning—one that makes customers feel at home.
Several years into our journey, a local church helped our family reconnect with our faith and love for Jesus. That experience shaped the direction of our lives and our business. We later refreshed the All Pro brand to include our dog Rufus and to share our faith more openly with our customers and community.
Today, our faith guides how we treat our customers, care for our employees, and put people and values before profits. We want our neighbors to know that our hearts are in this for them. Our mission is to help them live in comfort while reflecting Jesus, our Comforter.
Shane’s construction background also shapes how we approach your comfort: we look beyond the heating and cooling equipment to consider your home as a whole. Whether you need a repair or a replacement system, our purpose remains the same—to help you feel comfortable in the place you call home.
